The 28 Day Challenge consists of intentional eating, functional workouts and an incorporation of purposeful daily habits and routine. It was created and designed by Coach Angel to promote a total wellness mindset alongside a whole health transformation. We care not only about your body, but also what goes into it. Our carefully crafted 28 Day Challenge incorporates all the nutritional aspects intended to restore you internally and works hand in hand with our interval training workouts. Throw in that we make it a fun friendly competition against a group of people doing the challenge alongside you for accountability, makes it the perfect kick start you need to elevate your whole health journey.
